Get started with The Work in a supportive community. The weekly class is the perfect intro and a great way to keep practicing. Join the online space where we share, support, and grow together.

2. 1 on 1 Sessions With Me

Private sessions are ideal for someone wanting:

  • Immediate support with a situation

  • A deeper exploration of what lies beneath conceptual thinking

  • Feeling alone in a moment of transition, with no support from others

  • Working with sensitive and confidential situations

  • Feeling truly stuck with a problem and don’t know how to move forward

1 on 1 sessions also provide accountability with regular check-ins and help you maximize the benefits of The Work. No prior knowledge of The Work is needed—I'll guide you every step.

3. Self-Guided with Video eCourse (COMING SOON)

For those who prefer a self-guided approach, I offer do-it-yourself courses. These courses allow you to learn at your own pace. They're designed to help you gain confidence in doing The Work on your own and dive deeper into specific issues.

    1. Find a comfortable and focused space. Take a moment to clear your mind. Even one deep breath before you join the class is great.

    2. Write down or bring to mind a stressful thought or situation that you can address during the session. Sometimes a class will focus on a specific type of thought announced at the class. If you don't have something specific you always have. a moment during a class to see what comes up.

    3. Approach The Work with a child-like curiosity, ready to explore your thoughts without judgment.

    Otherwise just show up, just as you are.
